do you like jelly beans? well this was made with 288,000 jelly beans with kina grannis singing "in your arms". i think this video is really cool and very hard work because you have to place the jelly beans and take a picture over and over again. some things that i like about this video is that its so amazing how they did it, i also like naming the jelly beans because its like a video that can be a game at the same time.
have ever done something challenging in your life? well here are somethings i'm going to talk to you about. one of the things that i'm going to talk to you about are learning to take an interview, the second one is about doing voiceovers and b-roll, and the last one is about learning every thing in media.
first, learning to take an interview is very important because you have to get everything just right. also when you take an interview you have to make sure that your sound is correct, the lighting is really good and make sure the person is not in the center. interviews are really important because it has to be just right with the audio, the lighting, and the way the person is sitting or standing also that's what we might have to do when we go to Student Television Network in atlanta, georgia.
next, when you do an interview you might want to have a voiceover and some extra footage or b-roll. when the person is talking you need b-roll so you can see what there talking about. voiceovers help a little more because it gives you some more details in a short sentence and the voiceovers would usually take place when the person is not talking and when there is some b-roll footage and it's very important for your interview because it explains more.
finally, is all the things that we do during media. some of the things we do during media is do our blogs, work on our radios, and do the morning announcements. while we do our blogs we have a certain topic that relates to media and we have to type a five paragraphs, another thing we do is doing our radios for the radios we have to do this every week this includes the KIF games and other things from different schools, and we also do the morning announcements
in conclusion, media might seem really hard but once you do it for a while you'll get the hang of it. also you have to do some more things in media but it is still exciting to me when i do it. you also might think that media is all about doing your blogs, working the morning announcements, and doing interviews but it's a lot more. these things were challenging to me because it was really hard for me at first but after all it was okay.
hey guys! do you guys like animation? well if you do, this is the perfect video for you because it has many different amazing animations that you might not see on t.v. some things that i like about this video is that it has many amazing special effects that makes you go wow i also like the part when there is is some mirrors with the stop light and when they change the street lights to dandeloins which i think is really cool .
have you ever had an experience when you thought that something looked easy but was really hard after all? well today i will tell you a little something about that but by what we do during the announcements and the equipment we use like cameras, sound boards, and other technical equipment. some of the events i'm going to talk to you about is the camera that we use,the sound board and the things we do while we do the morning announcements.
first off, i'm going to talk to you about the cameras we use because they are really big and old but WHEN THERE IS MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS IT LOOKs SO EASY. when i first did morning announcements i did the cameras and it was a little bit stiff but it was okay after all when i watched the person next to me it was okay. these cameras looked really easy to work but it was a little bit hard to work because when you twist the knob to make the camera go up and down you need some muscle to twist it.
next, when other people was assigned to use the sound board it looked really easy to work. You might think that you just have to push buttons but you have to get the right sound with the best volume that you can get if they are speaking soft or if the are speaking loud. i think that sound is the most important thing during the announcements is the sound because if you don't get the right sound then many people might not get the most important information that.
finally, we do a lot of things during the morning announcements like being cameras, technical director, audio and a lot more. we also do a lot while were doing the morning announcements because we want to get the best information. while we are broadcasting there are many things that look easy but turns out it's a little hard because you have the transitions that you have to switch, you have the audio, and you have the director that is like the boss because he/she has to tell the people when to air, when to switch transitions, when to put on the announcers, and when to turn on the audio.
In conclusion, when see something it might look easy but it also might be really hard. like what i did when i first started media because i did know a little bit but it was really different when i saw it. after that when i watched more people do the media equipment i got the hang of it and i got better at it.
hey guys! we just came back from our koke'e camp. we went on hikes,we bonded together and we played games. the events that we did was that we went on hikes, we bonded together, and we give other people secret cards.
first, we went on all kinds of hikes like the picture hike, the night hike, and the ginger hike. while we were on the night hike uncle billy came over to lead us while we were on the trail, it was really scary because he told us to turn off our lights and the parents scared us by screaming. we also went on a picture hike, on the picture hike we took pictures of many beautiful pictures to put on cards to sell at the craft fair.
next, we bonded together when we played games, ate food, and we hiked together. one way we bonded together was by playing games like charades and other kinds of games that includes many people working together to finish the game. another way we bonded was by talking to other people while we ate. we also hiked together as a team by walking by each other and going back to the cabin safely.
then we wrote secret cards to six people in the class every night we did this because if that person feels sad they can read the card to make them feel better. we also did this because we can show how much we appreciate that person. the secret cards were a really good thing to do for each person because that makes them happy and makes them feel really good.
In conclusion, this weekend was really fun and exciting. we got to bond together and we got to play games. during the day we played games and during the night when the power went out.
hey guys i'm back from koke'e! today i'm going to talk to you about the three most memorable things we did in koke'e. some of the events that i'm going to talk to you about is the games we played, the pictures we took, and team work that we did. it was really fun, it would be better if we could live there.
first off, one of the games we played was kickball it was really fun and really funny because even though we tried to catch the balls in the air we still slipped and fell on the wet grass. another game we played was tug of war it was really challenging because we all didn't want to get rope burn but turns out we were all fine. but the game that was the most funniest was charades because we did some crazy things that were really funny.
next, is some of pictures we took, we took some pictures of different kinds of mushrooms, moss, and different kinds of flowers. we had to take many kinds of pictures so mr.m can choose the pictures that he wants so he can put it on cards to sell at the craft fair. we also took many unusual kinds of pictures like how the different kinds of moss grow on trees that are decaying.
finally, we worked as a team by picking the invasive plant called kahili ginger, we also worked as a team by playing games, and by taking pictures we also worked as a team. one thing we did was picking kahili ginger because its an invasive plant that just scatters all over the place so we picked that and turns out we picked over 3,000 ginger. we also worked as a team by playing games you might not think of that but its true because you need many people to finish that game. we also worked as a team by taking pictures because everyone is different is some way but and that's a good thing so getting back to team work we all took different kinds pictures in different ways.
in conclusion, we all had fun in koke'e so when we left everyone wanted to live there because the air felt so good. this camp was a weekend to bond together and a perfect time for the power to go off.
here are some of the pictures we took!
hey guys! this week we are heading up to koke'e to camp there for the weekend. to make this weekend successful I will hang out with other people that i don't know and get along with them, next i will learn more about media, and I would help i would help the chaperones.
there are many people in the media class so you might forget other peoples names so mr.m always makes sure you get along with other people. making friends is always so your not lonely through the day. so in koke'e i will hangout with the people in the class that do and don't know.
while we are in koke'e we are not only camping and hiking there but we are also going to learn more about media.we are going take pictures of anything in different ways while we are on the hike. also we are going to write letters to each person so we show that we know each other well.
last but not least it's always important to help other people if there in a rush or if they need help for example someone needed help to put away the dishes or someone needed help to wash the dishes. its very helpful to help other people if they need help with anything. that's what i'm going to do when we go to koke'e.
in conclusion this is what i'm going to do in koke'e to make this weekend successful. i can't wait to learn more about media and take pictures while we are on the hike. it's going to be so much fun for sure.
